The federal Government should only have exuberant power to understand the security and felicity of its citizens without encroaching on their everyday lives. One thing our government does is ensure our security. each state has an ac tive jurisprudence force. even though we chance upon police cars and officers every day, they are not allowed to interfere with our lives unless they have probable ca engage. A police officer has to catch you in the act of breaking a law to be able to approach you and give you a ticket or hold you.
